Vocis: Voice Recorder & Scribe does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with me or any third party. All data created by the app — including audio recordings and transcriptions — is stored exclusively on your device and, if you choose, in your personal iCloud account.
The app uses your device's microphone to record audio. All audio recordings are stored locally on your device. Speech recognition and transcription are performed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in speech recognition framework (AVFoundation / Speech). No audio data or transcription results are sent to any external server or third party. If you enable iCloud sync, your recordings and transcriptions may be stored in your personal iCloud account, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

These permissions are used solely to provide the core functionality of the app. You can revoke them at any time in your device's Settings.
All recordings and transcriptions are stored on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, data is also stored in your personal iCloud account. I do not have access to any of your data. You can delete your recordings and transcriptions at any time from within the app or by deleting the app from your device.
This app does not use any analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools. No usage data is collected or transmitted.
This app does not use any third-party services that collect your data. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
Since all data is stored locally on your device (and optionally in your iCloud account), you have full control over it. You can view, export, or delete your data at any time. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed. To delete data from iCloud, you can manage your iCloud storage through your device's Settings.
Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption. Since no data is transmitted to external servers, the risk of unauthorized access is minimized. If you use iCloud sync, your data is protected by Apple's security measures.
