The only information processed is the conversations you create within the app, which are transmitted to OpenAI for generating responses.

Your conversations are used solely to provide app functionality, namely generating dialogue suggestions and AI-based responses.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

3. Data Storage and Security

• All conversations are stored only on your device.

• We do not maintain our own servers for storing user information.

• Conversations transmitted to OpenAI are processed according to OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.

4. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• You may delete conversations at any time within the app.

• You may delete the app at any time, which permanently removes all stored data from your device.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

DailySpark offers premium features available through an auto-renewable subscription purchased via Apple’s App Store.

• We do not collect or store your payment information.

• All payment processing is handled securely by Apple.

• We only receive confirmation of your subscription status to grant access to premium features.

6. Children’s Privacy

• DailySpark is not directed to children under the age of 13.

• Minimum age requirements: 13+ in the United States and most regions, 14+ in Brazil, and 12+ in the Republic of Korea.

7. International Availability

DailySpark is available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia.

We comply with applicable privacy regulations in each of these countries.
